OUR HISTORY
Founded in 1992, BRS CAFÉ began its trajectory in the coffee trade and processing sector for the Brazilian domestic market. This way, it already produces Pagerino brand coffee, 1000 Réis and JK.
Today, more focused on the production, marketing and exportation of coffee, follows the whole process of production of the bean. Acting from the planting of seeds and seedlings, to reach the processing and exportation of coffees.
OUR COFFEES
Today the company operates mainly in the Zona da Mata region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. According to region, the most commonly handled coffee species are Arabica and Robusta / Conilon.
Within these groups, the Catuaí, Bourbon and Mundo Novo varieties for Arabica and Centenário, Jequitibá and Diamante varieties for Robusta / Conilon are noteworthy.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability in its processes has always been and continues to be a major concern of our company, manifesting itself from rainwater harvesting to the maintenance of our seedling nursery and cleaning of external areas, to the monitoring and instruction of the correct use of fertilizers and pesticides in our production and that of our collaborating producers, minimizing environmental impacts.
With the accompaniment of the crops generates reduction of production costs, higher quality grains and promotes more abundant harvests.
